Brown County is a mecca for outdoor recreation.  Home to the state's largest park - Brown County State Park, known for horseback riding and miles of mountain bike trails.The rolling hills offer long drives in the country where you can see wildlife almost any time of the year.

The Village of Nashville is full of specialty shops, restaurants, artists galleries and the Brown County Playhouse.

T.C. Steele State Historic Site was home to one of Brown County's founding artists: T.C. Steele.  Tour his home, gardens and studio and take a hike where he once plein air painted many of his later paintings.
